Multiple COCKROACHES roaming around, and let me tell you, they definitely did not upgrade us after that disaster, nor did anyone care! I mean, who charges for a coffee-stained towel? They really have the audacity, don't they? I almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't.

The a double room was equipped with basic facilities, including cable channels, a mini bar fridge and a dining area. The beds were amazing, view of the Sea of Marmara was good. The location was perfect, not too far away from Basilica Cistern...

The staff provided really good service, made our stay nice

And they were great too ensure we were comfortable. The room was impeccably clean, and the rooftop view during breakfast was a good way to start the day. The breakfast selection could have been more varied.

The breakfast on the 5th floor had amazing views.

I was really disappointed with the room I received as we booked a Standard King Room but were given a much smaller connecting room instead. This negatively affected our experience since we could hear everything from the neighboring room. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with used towels presented as if they were fresh, and the staff's responsiveness was alarmingly poor throughout our stay.

The family room setup was perfect, providing enough privacy for everyone while keeping us together. We especially loved the beautiful view from the dining area and the overall modern interior. Onur, one of the staff, was kind and attentive.
